Our Family Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving last year was really different for us. Most or should I say all Americans celebrate thanksgiving with pies, rolls, potato and gravy, ham, turkey and all those yummy foods. Thanksgiving the only day next to christmas, is the day everybody gets to stuff their face in plenty of food, great food.
But we did ours differently. Robert was out working in North Dakota last thanksgiving so we did not get to celebrate it. He was going to / suppose to be home but the other guy who was suppose to return to work to take his place while he goes home decided that he wanted to enjoy thanksgiving at home and not at work, which was hard. And for most people who knows my situation and the things that went on in my life knows that this is our first thanksgiving together and with our daughter as well. So i did not have him home for thanksgiving or to go do black friday shopping.
So we decided to celebrate thanksgiving when he gets home instead of the actual day. He really wanted to enjoy thanksgiving us so what better way to do it than to wait until he gets home.
Two weeks later he returned home and we celebrated our thanksgiving on a sunday. We had turkey, ham, baked macaroni and cheese, fried rice, corn bread, mashed potato and gravy, stuffing and juice. It was alot of food for just the three of us but we just cooked all the things he wanted and I wanted so we both got what we wanted.
We had a wonderful thanksgiving. Even if we celebrated it two weeks later it was just as great as celebrated on the actual day of thanksgiving. Serena ate with us and had lots to stuff herself with. I ate enough not much and robert had a plate full and we had plenty of left overs. Overall we had such a wonderful thanksgiving together as a family!!!
A new Beginning, A fresh start!!

Serena turns 10 months
Every time I look in my little princess eyes it just reminds me how much of a blessing she is to us. It is hard to believe that Serena is 10 months old already. I remember not to long ago, I was in the hospital room suffering with contractions, waiting for my lil angel to be born so I can finally hold her. After she was born I remember being filled with plenty of joy and so glad to finally have my lil girl in my arms. It was like she was the missing puzzle in my life. At that point it did not matter to me what anyone thought anymore, whether it being me being to young for a baby or i should have waited or anything. At that moment no one existed but me and my child. Not even my husband.
Now she is 10 months old and so actively busy. There are days when i want to hold her like a baby and kiss her all over but now she has a mind of her own and do as she please. I love watching her crawl all over the floor and hold the furniture to stand up and try to walk. She loves to talk in her lil baby language, and say dada and barely mama. She loves to play and be thrown in the air. She loves taking long baths and love when we do baths together. She hardly loves to eat food food but instead drinks her breast more. She loves to do things older kids do. She has a sweet beautiful smile and sexy brown bright eyes. She has learned how to say bye bye, well not say but wave bye bye. She loves giving kisses and hugging people. She loves playing with other children and giving them kisses. she loves being around babies but sometimes she forgets that they are just babies. She has the smallest feet that is so adorable. And those little hands and head full of her. and the list goes on.. I can list so much about serena but it will take me all day and she is stepping all over me at this time.
But if there is one thing i have come to realize is that babies grow whether we want them to or not. They just keep growing. This is why it is important to spend as much time with them and to enjoy family time. We all know that no one stays young forever so this is why it is important to give your children time.
Still cant believe how much serena has grown. She turns a year in december and before i know it she will be walking and talking. But for now i will enjoy this little princess i have and get as much time i can get with her. she is her little own person so she wants to do her own things most of the time, but every opportunity she gives me to play with her ill gladly take it.
Sometimes you hear people say there is no such thing as love but that is so untrue. Love exist and is very powerful.
Sometimes I like to sit and just stare at serena and all I can do is smile. And my heart just feels warm to see her growing so strong and healthy. Lets me know that I may not be perfect but I am doing a great job.
Serena has the cutest little face ever with her sexy brown bright eyes. She also gives cute little faces.
One of the other things she loves to do is clap her hands. She also loves when people clap their hands and sing to her she just loves it. Brings her alot of joy especially if she cranky or not happy. Her favourite song is twinkle little star.

Serena crawling around doing her own thing. When she is in her zone I will call her name too many times before she responds. But even if she has no siblings or friend to play with she will just play and not even worry about it and i love that about her.
serena playing with baby baron and baby silus. Sometimes I try to tell her that they are still babies and is not as strong and grown like she is so she needs to be more careful. But she will understand one day, just not yet. But she loves having them around and giving them kisses and loving on them.
Baby baron on the swing and baby silus on the floor. All cuties.

8 Months old today!!!!!!!!!!
Today my little serena turns 8 months old. It only seems like yesterday when I first held her in my arms. I remember how tiny she was, weighing only 6 pounds 11 ounces. When I first held her all I saw was those beautiful bright brown eyes staring at me making that connection a mother and daughter should have. She was just the cutest little thing. She had a head full of curly black hair, tiny fingers, tiny toes, pretty much tiny everything. WOW!! It seems like yesterday when I first saw her. When I first brought her out into the world.
Now today she is 8 months old already. and even prettier. I just love her to pieces. She knows how to make anybody smile.
The special thing about serena is she is just adorable and sweet. She really knows how to make any body smile. When you are having a rough day, a sad day, a frustrating day or anything she just brings smiles to your face. I can't even count or say how many smiles she has brought to my face on days where i was just having a bad day`
She gives the cutest little hugs around the neck and kisses on the checks. She loves playing games and laughing. She is most definitely a peoples little girl. She does not cry when a stranger holds her. For the most part she will just always glance at me to make sure I'm still around next to her.
Serena is just amazing little girl. She is growing into a beautiful smart little girl who loves doing her own thing. She picks on things quickly and love doing her own things. She is so fun to be around. The joy of our lives.
Serena has started saying dada now but would not say mama. She and Robert has this bound that just makes me happy. I love seeing them together and how they connect. She also has her two bottom teeth coming out and one on the top. I just love watching her grow up and seeing her adopt. She is also a screamer. She screams alot really loud. She loves being sang too. Her face just lits up when you sing to her.My daughter is the best AND I LOVE HER A WHOLE LOT.
Happy eight months.

My weight loss journey!!
Days I do not want to eat healthy I always remind myself that it is bed. To be healthy and in shape requires healthy eating. It is hard.
This is me after my insanity workout. I was drained in sweat. Gross but felt good because thats fat crying.
Must I say that losing weight is the hardest thing ever. From working out 6 days a week to learning how to eat healthy is alot tougher than most people think.
I started gaining weight when I moved to the U.S. The price of fast food was just so cheap. When you come from a place where you can barely make ends meet, let alone purchase fast food and then you come to the U.S and get a burger for like a buck that is just amazing. I just started eating and eating and eating until I could not anymore. Looking in the mirror was the worst. I hated how big I had gotten. I know lots of people tried to make me feel better by telling me how good I looked but deep down i knew that this was not me. how do you go from 125 to 180 or more so quick so soon. Then I got pregnant and after I gave birth I gained even more weight. I was just huge.
But I decided to do something about it. After so much weight gain and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin I decided that I could not, I did not want to be this big no more. So I started my weight loss journey using insanity. I started insanity On April 23rd 2012 and in the first month of doing insanity and eating healthy I lost a total of 300 pounds. I worked my butt off twice a day, six days a week and tried to eat as clean and as healthy as I can to lose weight. And let me just say that trying to lose weight, even with exercising, if you don't eat healthy it is like a waste of time. I did not eat healthy all the time but I tried my best and I guess it worked because i did lose weight.
I am now on my 2nd month of insanity and I have not weighed or measured myself so I don't know how much i way or anything like that. But what I love is when I put on something that I had not worn for a long time, or wore when I was skinny definitely fits me. In fact I had a pair of skinny jeans I wore when I was small that I kept and now it is loose on me. That makes me smile. I don't eat healthy all the time but even when I do not eat healthy I do not stuff my face with unhealthy greasy food. I like ribs and barbecue sauce. That's my weak eating mostly if I go out to dinner with my little family.
There were days I wanted to quit and say I'm done. Days where I wanted to work out but because of how intense I knew I would be working out just that thought made me not want to work out. Days where my body said no. But for once I wanted to start something and finish it. Just that feeling that you get that hey I did not quit makes me feel good. Now I am so addicted to working out. It is like junk food to me I have to have it. I have to work out. I honestly love working out. Not a day goes by where I don't want to work out. It is my stress reliever and my drug. It helps me clear my head and let frustration out. There are days it is hard to work out with serena but I still push through and dig deep.
Ever since I stated doing insanity it has been hard. It is still hard today but I am alot better at it. I am sore everyday but I also see the pounds shredding off and that makes me happy. Wanting to achieve a goal starts by going out there and just doing it. Sitting around or thinking about it will not help you accomplish a goal. You have to go out there and do something. Don't sit around feeling sorry for yourself but instead go out there and do something. Don't be a couch potato be a busy bee. Take full advantage of all life has to offer. Get in shape and be healthy. I love my new body. And next year if God spare I hope to have that beach body. Want to be able to go to the pool and feel comfortable.
Losing weight is a difficult journey but with perseverance, strength, a good attitude and will power you will most likely lose weight.
Yep so that's my journey.

Many Trials may come but strength is what conquers all through Christ!!!!http://www.facebook.com/kacy.williams.14
I must say I have not been the best at making decisions. Some of my decision making has negatively affected those around me that i love and care about. But some of my decisions has also positively affected others.
WOW!!! the last past year has been really tough.Lost touch and connection..
But I'm creating this blog to keep close friends and family updated on my life and all that is going on!!!
Where do I start. Read so many blogs to see where I should start but I wanna be me on here and say what I want to say.
2011 was a really tough but great year. I was able to learn and to grow. I feel like the experiences I went through was the experiences I needed and had to have in order to finally grow up and choose my priorities. Get my head on straight. I'm sure that there were individuals who thought I was ruining my life and that I was very foolish for some of the choices I made. But I would have to disagree with them all because these very experiences made me who I am today. When I look at me and how much I have grown I am proud and I know that Heavenly Father is proud of me too. I am taking a whole new direction in my life. A direction I would not have chosen a year ago.
On August 19 2011 I got married to Robert Williams. When I first met him thought nothing much of him. It was a Sunday I went to sacrament saw him said hi, but never had the opportunity to talk to him much because I had to live. A month later I met him again. He came up to me asked me out and what do you know we were married a couple months later.
December 21 2011 our beautiful daughter serena williams was born. Such joy filled me when I found out I was having a baby. Every kick, every bit of pain, every restless night of sleep, every bit of back pain, everything was so worth it. When i saw my little princess and held there was no greater love than my love for. It just made me wanna protect her every single day of her life. My daughter is amazing and wonderful. Sweetest little girl ever. She gives kisses and hugs and just gives the cutest little looks ever. i love her so much. I love my family very much and so grateful to have them in my life could not ask for any more.
Sometimes we may not always get or have what we want but just look around and see what the Lord has blessed us with.. Some of my goals were placed on hold after I got pregnant but who said these goals will not be accomplished?? They definitely will get accomplished no matter what day it is it will. The wonderful thing about life is no matter how many obsticles come your way none of them can stop you from achieving your goals. No matter how tuff the journey keep going. I have had ups and downs during 2011 but I raised above it all and accomplished success. Nothing should stop you from achieving your success.
